SPS compact control system 8 A

Flushing and smoke pressure control system with pressure regulation

Special characteristics:
For pressure regulation for small to medium stairwells or corresponding
areas which have to be kept smoke-free.
All essential parameters for pressure regulations can be set via the PC
interface of the STG-BEKIRCH Service Port software.
With built-in maintenance timer.
Wide variety of connection options, e.g. directly to the drives
for pressure regulation or optimal linking to any louvre system
drives for closing the air supply channels when not in use.
Connection of a differential pressure sensor
(differential pressure transmitter) with a 4-20 mA interface
enables pressure regulation in order to avoid excessive
pressures in connection with the pressure regulator
Safety in accordance with prEN 12101-9 is achieved
by means of self-monitoring.


Unit characteristics

- line monitoring of alarm circuits (automatic sensors,
SHE manual call points and connected drives)
- functions (On/Off) can be adjusted using DIP switches
- extended functions via Service Port software, e.g.:

# setting of pressure differentials
# vent monitoring type
# setting of flushing time
# smoke detection function
# recording of pressure values via Service Port software

The following components can be connected:

- 24 VDC drives with own power cut-off or limit switches,
freely assignable to two motor circuits.
- SPS relay box, for starting the fan-
- differential pressure sensor, with output 4-20 mA.
- 10 SHE manual call points RBH/3A.
- 10 automatic sensors in 2-wire design.
- 10 external vent switches (with/without Open display)
per ventilation group.
- 1 wind/rain sensor (WRM/2 24 V)
or 1 rain sensor (RM/2 24 V).
- potential-free forwarding of SHE activated and fault
messages via a floating change
- over contact in eachcase, max. 60 V/0.5 A
