WPS

The WPS system is a trap protection system for
automatically operated ("power-operated") windows and
louvres. To avoid risks such as trapping between window
and frame during automatic closure, the WPS system
monitors this area. The WPS system stops the window and
opens it.

Unit characteristics

for power-operated windows based on risk assessment
- main and secondary closing edges are monitored as
well as the drive

- includes Service Port interface for parameterisation
of a wide range of setting options

- object recognition via temperature differences and a
minimum speed (passive infrared sensor: WPS sensor or
"Fly")
- large or small monitoring area using movement
detection by passive infrared portion (passive infrared
sensor: WPS sensor or "Fly")
