Chain drive FM 401-450N/S/RWA/VdS

24 VDC chain drive for SHE and controlled natural ventilation. For surface mounting on bottom-hung, top-hung and side-hung windows and skylights. Low-noise drive in high-quality, powder-coated aluminium housing.

Particularly suitable for use in high-quality residential and office buildings. Corrosion-free external components. Opening mechanism with flexible yet extremely sturdy stainless steel double chain based on the zipper principle.

With integrated electronics with limit switches for the end positions OPEN and CLOSED and additional safety power cut-off. Adjustable closing using the CLOSE limit switch. Can be operated in conjunction with a locking drive (please specify this when placing order).

Tensile and compressive force: max. 450 N. Minimum service life: 10,000 ventilation cycles at nominal load. Opening speed in accordance with DIN EN 12101-2. CE-compliant in accordance with EMC Directive 2004/108/EC and the Low Voltage Directive. Safety class III in accordance with DIN EN 61140 (VDE 0140-1) and type-tested in accordance with VdS 2580 with regard to use in SHE installations.
